Leadership
The Foundation is led by a Distribution Committee -- the equivalent of a Board of Directors -- whose primary responsibility is to ensure that funds generated from the community's endowment are effectively granted to organizations and programs that are meeting the community's needs. Members of the Committee are selected because of their knowledge and passion for the community, awareness of its needs, and for their individual skills, backgrounds and capabilities.
